  • Customer-handled damages
  • Natural variations in handcrafted products

Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: 7-10 business days
  • Method: Original payment mode (bank/card/UPI)
  • Shipping charges non-refundable (unless our fault)

3. Exchange Policy

  • Allowed only for defective/damaged/incorrect items
  • Raise request within 48 hours with visual evidence
  • Replacement dispatched in 7-15 days

4. Special Provisions (Outside Bangalore)

  • Third-party logistics: Shared risk for transit damage
  • Damage claims must be reported in 48 hours
  • Joint investigation for claims
  • Third-party logistics carry transit insurance

5. Force Majeure

  • Neither party liable for uncontrollable events
  • Revised timelines communicated promptly
