We specialize in sofas, recliners, sofa beds, beds, dining furniture, ottomans, and more—all crafted with care and built to last.

Can I get a matching set for my living or bedroom?

Yes! We can design coordinated sets for your entire room, including sofas, chairs, ottomans, beds, and storage units.

Are recliners and pull-out sofa beds available in custom options?

Can I see design samples before ordering?

Do you offer home consultations for planning?

Yes. In select areas in Bangalore, we offer home visits for personalized planning. You can also bring your room measurements to the showroom for guidance.

What is the lead time for custom orders?

Our typical delivery timeline is 12–15 days. Since every piece is handcrafted, we take the time to ensure quality and precision.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order on our website or in our showroom. Once finalized, we’ll confirm your customization choices and begin production.

Can I order online and finalize details later?

Yes. With our “Buy Now, Decide Later” option, you can confirm your order and take time to choose the perfect fabric, color, or finish.

What does "Buy Now, Decide Later" mean?

It means you can secure your order and price, and finalize the design details—like fabric and color—within a few days of purchase.

How will I know when my furniture is ready?

You’ll receive email or WhatsApp updates at every stage—order confirmation, production start, completion, and dispatch.

Do you deliver all over Bangalore?

Yes. We currently deliver across all major Bangalore neighborhoods, including Whitefield, Koramangala, and HSR Layout.

Can I track my order status online?

We’ll soon have a dedicated tracking portal. For now, you can get updates via SMS, WhatsApp, or by contacting our team directly.

Do you offer EMI or financing options?

Yes, we offer flexible EMI plans, including zero-cost options, to make your purchase more manageable.

Is there a zero-cost EMI option?

Yes, on select products and through partnered banks. No interest, no hidden charges—just easy monthly payments.

How do I apply for financing?

During checkout or in-store, you can choose EMI as your payment method. Provide a few basic documents, and our finance partners will guide you through approval.

Which banks or partners do you work with for EMIs?

We work with leading banks and finance companies like HDFC, Bajaj Finserv, and others. Availability may vary—please ask our team for details.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Since each piece is custom-made, we do not offer returns. However, we do offer repairs, modifications, or exchanges in case of genuine issues or damage.

Can I cancel or modify my order after purchase?

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of confirmation. After that, production begins, and cancellations are limited.

What if my furniture arrives damaged or defective?

We inspect every item before delivery. In the rare event of damage, we’ll repair or replace it promptly at no extra cost.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes. Most of our furniture comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Additional coverage may be available.

Can I request free material samples to test at home?

Absolutely! You can request up to 3 swatches for free—delivered to your home—so you can see and feel them in your space before deciding.
