Extremely poor and unprofessional experience with Kate and Mark.
I placed an order for a sofa over 30 days ago based on a clear commitment that it would be delivered within 25 days. Today is May 5th, and it has now been 12 days past the promised delivery date—yet the product is still not delivered.
Over the last 5 days, I have had to repeatedly follow up just to get any response. Each time, I’m given a different excuse—QC issues, fabric problems, or vague internal delays. There has been zero proactive communication, no accountability, and no ownership from their side.
Even now, they are unable or unwilling to provide a clear delivery date. This is not just a delay—it is a complete failure in basic service standards and customer commitment.
This experience has completely eroded my trust in the brand. If pre-delivery service is this disorganized, it raises serious concerns about product quality and after-sales support.
If this issue is not resolved immediately with a confirmed delivery timeline, I will be forced to escalate this matter through appropriate consumer grievance channels and take further action as required.
I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before placing an order with Kate and Mark. Be prepared for missed deadlines, poor communication, and a frustrating overall experience.
